Billed repair
If any of the following condition exists, customer will be billed for repair.
1.Product with a voided warranty.
2.If any of the Following condition exists, the product warranty is void.
3.Improper use of the product, not following the operating manual for installation, use, repair, or maintain the product as instructed causes damage to the machine;
4.Damage or loss caused by falling, damage, accident, theft, misuse, abuse, negligence, misoperation, improper installation, non-conforming maintenance and storage, etc;
5.Damages caused by physical issue, including but not limited to dam, corrosive humid environment, improper shipping, and ambient temperature or other abnormal working conditions, etc.
6.Miner or plate and the components on the plate are crushed, broken, burned, or damaged due to improper operation;
7.Damages Caused by over voltage, under voltage, or leaking;
8.Damage caused by abnormal ambient temperature that doesn’t meet the operating temperature;
9.Damages caused by any moisture or corrosive related elements on any parts;
10.Damages caused by unforeseeable disasters, including but not limited to, flood, lighting, fire, earthquake, thunder, etc;
11.Damages caused by any repairs, modification or disassembling through unofficial authorized agency;
12.Damages caused by using inferior power cable or any power cable or parts that is not authorized by iPollo;
13.Any unauthorized hardware modification or alteration by third parties;
14.Any unauthorized software modification or alteration by third parties;
15.Any damage caused by using incompatible operating systems, both hardware and software;
16.Data damage or loss due to improper use;
17.Any damages or alteration to the warranty sticker;
18.Any damages or alteration to the serial number;
19.Normal wear and tear；
20.Unable to judge whether the product is within the warranty period due to reasons other than our company.

2. All sales are final. No refunds will be granted. Defective miners can be repaired for free if they fall under the Bitmain warranty policy. After the warranty period, machines can be repaired at the cost of parts and labor.
3. If you notice there are some loose heatsinks when you receive the miner, please inform us by email.com within 3 days from the date the package is received according to UPS/DHL/FEDEX's website.
4. We does not take any responsibility for or compensate for any loss as result of downtime caused by delays in transportation as a result of custom formalities or other reasons.
Warranty failure :
1. The Miner Without authorization to disassembly Machine / Without authorization to change or Replacement device .
2. Lightning stroke / Voltage surge / Damage caused by inferior power supply
3. Inflow water,Damage caused by damp and corrosion of circuit boards and components
4. The circuit boards burned or burned;
